Mission Statement

To ensure all Departmental goals and limits are met, with regards to administrative and employee services and implementation of policies and procedures.

Administrative Office:

Fleet Services Administrative offices are located at 3314 J.E. Davis Drive in Little Rock. The hours of operation are 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. We are closed on major holidays.

Administrative and Employee Services:

Wendell Jones is the Department Director and oversees all aspects of the operation. He represents the City of Little Rock and the Fleet Services Department on several committees and boards. Mr. Jones may be reached via email at wjones@littlerock.org or by phone at 918-4200.

Teresa Wallace is the Administrative Assistant to the Department Director. She is responsible for all special projects and reporting for the Department, Human Resources documentation and procedures, ensuring Department compliance with City of Little Rock Personnel Policy and Procedures and providing clerical support to the Director.
