Financial Management Division

Mission Statement:

The mission of the Fleet Services Financial Management Division is to handle all the financial aspects of the Fleet Services Department: budget preparation and monitoring for Fleet Services and Vehicle Storage; processing for payment all incoming invoices; billing City of Little Rock departments and outside customers for services rendered; preparing and maintaining files on all wrecks involving City vehicles and equipment, and processing insurance claims; and preparing sundry financial and analytical reports.

Financial Management Offices:

The Fleet Services Financial Management Division main offices are located at 3314 J.E. Davis Drive in Little Rock. The hours of operation are 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. We are closed on major holidays.

Financial and Support Services:

Glenda Massie is the Budget Analyst and oversees all financial and budgetary activities and supervises the Administrative Technician, Office Assistant III and Parts staff. She works extensively with all City of Little Rock Departments to develop budget figures for services provided by the Fleet Services Department. Jimmy Hart is the Fleet Supply Specialist and is responsible for supervising all Automotive Parts staff and ensuring compliance to City Policy relating to parts purchasing and inventory procedures at four (4) parts inventory locations, including the J.E. Davis Shop, the Landfill Shop, the McKinley Shop and the Boyle Park Shop. Mr. Hart can be reached via email at jhart@littlerock.org or by phone at 918-4214.

Patricia Williams is the Administrative Technician and is responsible for processing all vehicle accidents for the City and processing all invoices for the Department. The Fleet Services Department is responsible for generating and processing a large portion of all invoices received by the City of Little Rock. Jackie Simpson is the Office Assistant III and is responsible for processing all payroll for the Department, assisting with the invoice processing, providing clerical support to all Divisions and serving as back up to the Administrative Assistant to the Department Director.
