Board Elections
Qualifications:
- Registered Voter
- Must be a resident of the City of Little Rock for at least thirty (30) days
- More than twenty-one (21) Years of Age
- No party affiliation designated
- * Petition must be signed by at least 50 qualified
electors of the City (Potential candidates are encouraged to get 75-100
signatures to insure that they have the required amount)
- Filing period: Wednesday, August 4, 2010 - Tuesday, August 24, 2010 (Noon)
- Filing deadline: Tuesday, August 24, 2010 – 12:00 Noon
Petition must be filed with the City Clerk by 12:00 Noon (ACA 14-42-206) not more than ninety (90) days, nor less than seventy (70) days, prior to the November 2, 2010, General Election
- NO FILING FEE REQUIRED
* Petition must be filed with the City Clerk by 12:00 Noon (Act 541 of 1993) not less than 60 days before the
November General Election
The packets will be available in the City Clerk's Office, or available on line.
Election Date: NOVEMBER 2, 2010
- Officials elected will take office January 1, 2011. (Four Year Term-Expiring December 31, 2015)

- Petitions: Must be filed with the City Clerk no later than Wednesday, August 24, 2010, @ 12:00 Noon. (City Hall, Room 200, 500 West Markham Street, Little Rock, AR 72201)
- Financial Disclosure Forms: Candidates shall file Statement of Financial Interest with the City Clerk within ten (10) days after the deadline for filing for office. (Must be filed no later than Monday, August 30, 2010). Forms are included in election packet.
- Campaign Contribution Reports: The Campaign Contribution reports required shall be filed in the Pulaski County Clerk's Office no later than seven (7) days (Monday, October 25, 2010) before the November 2, 2010, General Election. The final report is due thirty (30) days (Thursday, December 2, 2010) after the election.
