Be aware of your program selection. .. Adults or Youth
Remember if you have graduated high school you are eligible for the adult program!

Registration is on a first come first serve basis.

You must have a Participant Information form and assessment on file with the TR department. If you don’t have one call us and we will mail you one or go online at www. lrpr.org and you can print one.

Payment for all activities must be made in advance unless prior arrangements have been made.

To provide safe and meaningful learning experiences, typically a 1:4 staff to participant ratio is maintained. If in the opinion of the TR staff a participant becomes unmanageable and potentially dangerous to themselves or others, the parent will be contacted to take the participant home.

Due to staff / participant ratio, participants must be independent with personal care or provide an aide. For those participants with an aide, please note that the participant will be required to pay for any fee incurred for the aide and must be noted on your activity sign up form.

Refunds are considered if the program is cancelled or filled to capacity. If the participant has a verified medical reason, or, in the opinion of the TR staff placement is inappropriate. However if it is a ticketed event/outing and tickets have been purchased there will not be a refund.

When arriving at a program parents are asked to check in with a staff person to sign in with a phone number where you can be reached before leaving your participant. Even if the participant has a cell phone!

If a participant is to be picked up by an unfamiliar guardian, neighbor, babysitter, etc. the responsible parent is asked to notify LRPR staff person prior to the occurrence and have an alternate pick up form on file.

Programs are subject to cancellation if enrollment does not meet minimum requirements. Fees, times, dates and locations are subject to change.

Please arrive at the drop off location on time to the best of your ability. Many times we have arranged with the destination a particular arrival time to start a program, tour, etc. We will implement a strict 10 minute leave time from the time listed in the brochure/ flyer. This will enable us to keep our agreement and help the outing to run smoothly.
