Registration and General Information

Registration and Payment is required on all programs and are on a first come first serve basis.

*You must have a current Participant Information form on file with the TR department. Don't have one? Call us and we will mail you one or just print one.

Payment for all activities must be made in advance.

1. Complete the Activity Sign-up form.
2. Mail or Drop off the form and payment to

3. Register Early! Programs fill up quickly!
4. Have a Participant Information form on file with the TR Department
5. Due to staff / participant ratio, participants must be independent with personal care or provide an aide.
6. For those participants with an aide, please note that the participant will be required to pay for any fees incurred for the aide and must be noted on your activity sign up form.
7. All cancellations must be made within five days of the beginning of the program or no refunds will be given. However if the program is canceled due to insufficient enroll - ment a full refund will be given.
8. Fees, times, dates and locations are subject to change.
