The Little Rock Parks & Recreation Department offers adult softball in both the fall and the summer. The department offers men's leagues, women's leagues as well as a co-ed league. The leagues currently follow the rules and guidelines of the Amateur Softball Association (ASA).

Registration fees are assessed on a per team basis and will be $450 per team for the 2011 season, which will allow for a maximum of 25 players.

Games will be played at Interstate Park and Reservoir Park. There are a number of other parks that may be used for team practices, including: Barton Park, Benny Craig Park, Allsop Park, Moorhart Park, Merriweather Park, Wakefield Park and Kanis Park. Little Rock Parks & Recreation will be having an informational meeting about our Adult Softball Program on Wednesday, Jan. 18 at 5:30 at the Dunbar Community Center. We invite all players, coaches, umpires, sponsors and fans to come out and be heard. We would like to share our vision for the future and we want to hear your thoughts and opinions as well.
