Acquisitions and Materials Management Mission Statement:

To provide all City of Little Rock Departments with the most reliable, efficient and cost-effective vehicles and work equipment necessary to meet the City of Little Rock mission.

Acquisitions and Materials Management Offices:

The Fleet Services Department Acquisitions and Materials Management offices are located at 3314 J E Davis Drive in Little Rock. The office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. We are closed on holidays. The Acquisition and Materials Management Division is responsible for vehicle lease and purchase as well as fuel purchase, storage and distribution.

Brock Vest is the Acquisitions and Fuel Coordinator. He is responsible for writing specifications, overseeing bid processes and ensuring compliance to City Policy as relates to all vehicle and equipment purchases. Additionally, Mr. Vest is currently responsible for supervising the Fuel Technician and overseeing all aspects of fuel purchasing, storage and distribution. Tim Lingo is the Fuel System Clerk and is responsible for ensuring fuel is available for all City Departments and ensuring compliance to all City Policies and State and Federal Regulations regarding purchasing, storage and distribution of fuel. The Acquisitions and Materials Management Division operates 10 fuel sites located conveniently throughout the City for access by all City Departments.
