Mission Statement
To ensure all Departmental goals and limits are met, with regards to administrative and employee services, implementation of policies and procedures, employee and work site safety and employee training.
Administrative Office:
Fleet Services Administrative offices are located at 3314 J.E. Davis Drive in Little Rock. The hours of operation are 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. We are closed on major holidays.
Administrative and Employee Services:
Wendell Jones is the Department Director and oversees all aspects of the operation, and represents the City of Little Rock and the Fleet Services Department on several committees and boards. Mr. Jones may be reached via e-mail at wjones@littlerock.org or by phone at (501) 918-4200.
Tony Bell is the Safety, Training & Acquisitions Specialist, and is responsible for developing specs, obtaining bids, and processing the necessary paperwork to procure City vehicles and equipment. In addition, he is responsible for all safety issues, including adherence to Federal requirements, as well as ensuring Department employees receive necessary training. Teresa Wallace is the Administrative Assistant to the Department Director. She is responsible for processing all Department Human Resources documentation, ensuring Department compliance with City of Little Rock Personnel Policy and Procedures, several special projects and reports and providing administrative support to the Department Director and Division Managers.
