Support Services Offices:

The Support Services Division main offices are located at 3314 J.E. Davis Drive in Little Rock. The hours of operation are 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. We are closed on major holidays.

Support Services:

Glenda Massie is the Support Services Manager. She has direct supervision of the Parts & fuel Procurement Specialist, two (2) Administrative Technicians, and an Accounting Clerk. She develops and monitors the Department's expense and revenue budget figures, and works extensively with all City of Little Rock Departments to develop budget figures for services provided by the Fleet Services Department. Jimmy Hart is the Parts and Fuel Procurement Specialist and is responsible for the direct supervision of all parts storeroom and fueling staff and he ensures compliance to City policy relating to parts purchasing and inventory procedures at two (2) parts inventory locations, J.E. Patricia Williams is the Administrative Technician and is responsible for processing all vehicle accidents for the City, and is the direct supervisor of the Accounting Clerk and the site custodian. Paul Smith is the Administrative Technician and is responsible for processing payroll for the Department, assisting with the invoice processing, providing clerical support to all Divisions and serving as back up to the Administrative Assistant to the Department Director. Changus Bell is the Fuel System Tech and is responsible for ensuring fuel is available for all City Departments and ensuring compliance to all City policies and State and Federal regulations regarding purchasing, storage and distribution of fuel. He monitors eight (8) fuel sites located conveniently throughout the City for access by all City Departments. Nita Moser is the Accounting Clerk I and is responsible for processing all invoices and purchase requisitions for the Department.  In addition, she is responsible for ensuring that Fleet's billing documents are entered into OnBase electronic filling system.
