Historic District Commission

MacArthur Park Historic District

The MacArthur Park Historic District is the only local historic district within the City of Little Rock, which means it is the only place where an application for a Certificate of Appropriateness is required prior to making any change to the exterior of any structure.  To assist you with making an application, the Little Rock Historic District Commission has developed the MacArthur Park Historic District - Guidelines for Rehabilitation and New Construction.  This document follows:

MacArthur Park Historic District

The MacArthur Park Local Ordinance Historic District boundary is illustrated on the following Map.
