LR PARKS DEPT. ANNOUNCES SUMMER USDA FOOD PROGRAM SITES

(Little Rock – April 8, 2009) The Little Rock Parks and Recreation Department will again be participating in the USDA Food Program, according to Parks and Recreation Director Truman Tolefree.

The participating sites for the summer of 2009 are:
*Anderson's Taekwondo Center, 5610 West 12th Street 
*Baseline Elementary, 3623 Baseline Road 
*Dunbar Community Center, 1001 West 16th Street 
*East Little Rock Community Center, 2500 E. 6th Street 
*Forest Park Elementary, 1600 N. Tyler 
*Geyer Springs Elementary, 5240 Mabelvale Pike 
*Hoover United Methodist Church, 4000 West 13th Street 
*Martin Luther King Elementary, 905 Martin Luther King Dr. 
*Mitchell Boys and Girls Club, 3107 West Capital Avenue 
*Penick Boys and Girls Club, 1201 Leisure Lane 
*Rockefeller Magnet School, 700 E. 17th Street 
*Romine Elementary, 3400 Romine 
*Southwest Community Center, 6401 Baseline Road 
*St. Mark Baptist Church, 5722 West 12th Street 
*Step Up Support Center, 9010 Hilaro Springs Road 
*Stephens Community Center, 3720 West 18th Street
