Students Lead Effort to Re-use Recycling Bins

Little Rock Central High Environmental Club Announces Recycling Bin Take Back Program

When: Wednesday, May 2 – 2:00 p.m.

Where: Little Rock Central High Campus (Outside on the Front Lawn)

The Central High Environmental Club is asking Little Rock residents to donate their old recycling bins to local schools to be used as recycling containers in the classrooms The 18-gallon bins are the perfect size for classrooms and would encourage more recycling by students. Now that the new residential curbside recycling program is in full swing, many are wondering what to do with their old bins - what better use than to re-use ?!
