Guidelines for World Rhythm Stage Performances: Performance MUST have an international theme. Performance will be limited to 15 minutes. No more than 50 participants in a group. Mark the area(s) that you would like to particpate in for WorldFest 2008 VolunteerSponsorPartner/ParticipantVendor World Rhythm Stage – a variety of international music, dancing and singing on the Amphitheater Stage World Animal Zone – presents animals both locally and internationally World Cultural Fair - (Much like a science fair) Schools would create a tri-fold board with information (geography, history, culture, etc.) to display. Students should be prepared to tell visitors highlights and interesting facts about the country they are representing. There will be a Grand Prize, 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winner. Global Games – opportunities to present a variety of games and teach their history Kids World – opportunities to present a wide range of interactive activities for youth Global Village – presents booths about countries around the world and cultural displays Community Resources – presents booths about organizations in the community Global Imagination Stage - smaller performances such as poetry reading, storytelling, etc. Required Information: Please give a detailed description of your activity including the number of people, tables, chairs and electrical needs.
